 Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the www.accakappamy.com website (the 'Service') operated by Brands Pro Management Sdn Bhd ('us', 'we', or 'our').
 Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
 By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
 Brands Pro Management Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification.

 ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 GENERAL

1. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, exclude weekend and public holidays.
2. Sales enquiry related, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.
3. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended within 1-2 working days.

 PURCHASE

1. Please ensure you have select correct item(s) before check out. We don't allow any amendment on orders that been confirmed.
2. We accept payment via eGHL payment gateway.
3. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Strictly no refund after payment made.
4. Brands ProManagement Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
        - Product ordered is out of stock.
        - Incomplete payment/ Suspect in any fraudulent activity.

 DELIVERY

1. Kindly ensure address filled up is correct together your contact number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. Arrangement on re-delivery fee will apply on returned parcel. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
2. Orders shipped out according to order number, we do not allow customer to request combine orders.
3. For bounced back parcel, cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

 DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

1. Please ensure to apply your discount code before check out. No refunds and amendment will be made for completed orders.
2. Discount codes or vouchers come with an expiry date.
3. Discount codes or vouchers are non-extendable.
4. Orders with discount codes or vouchers are not exchangeable and returnable.

 STORE CREDITS

1. Store credits issued by Acca Kappa Malaysisa can use on purchase online only.
2. To redeem credits, please login your account. Select payment type "Store Credits" during check out.
3. Store credits do not have an expiry date.
4. Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

1. All defect / wrong orders return allowed within 3 working days from date of parcel received as per "Order Tracking Apps". Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
2. All return items must be in their original condition with packing intact. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers need to pay for returned parcel.
