Return & Exchange Policy

 Do you accept returns?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it as you wish. Just drop us an email and send it back to us unused and in its original packaging within 5 days of your receipt, postage paid and insured.

For hygienic reasons hair brushes and combs neither be returned nor exchange.

We provides returns for all item except sale items (and purchased via any discount code), promotion items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

 No cash refund in any condition, we only provide refund via store credit terms.

How do I return an item?

Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with template below

 Reason : example ( Unsatisfactory item / Defective Items (with photo proof) / Incorrect item received (with photo proof) )

Step 2: Wait our email reply before mail out. Return the item to :

Step 3: Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. 

We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 3 working days.

What is your return policy?

  • All returns have to be informed via email within 5 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
  • Returns are provided for all items (except sales/promotion items, hair brushes and combs).
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened with the seal attached, packed in original packaging. Item which does not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions and return without informing us at email [email protected].
  • Store credit refund only, strictly no cash refund in any condition.
  • Store credit can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
  • If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper care, damaged, deteriorated through wear and tear, damaged caused by incorrect attempt at modification or repair, or any conditions other than its original condition; we reserve the right not to replace or refund. We may require you to pay all the reasonable shipping costs and servicing costs at our current standard fee and cost.
  • We only accept return via courier service, meet up or walk-in are not entertained.
  • Any duplication payment via eGHL will be refunded via store credit (full amount). If you choose to cancel the duplicated eGHL payment and refund to your bank account, 3% of transaction fee will be charged. 
  • ACCA KAPPA MALAYSIA reserves the right for final decision.
  • ACCA KAPPA MALAYSIA reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
