If the error is due to our oversight, we will arrange for a correction or replacement at no additional cost. However, we are unable to accommodate changes or replacements for personalization errors submitted by the customer.
What if my engraved item arrives damaged?
In the event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear photographs of the item will assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
